The Gastronomic Tourism Club is a programme of marketing assistance developed by Agència Catalana de Turisme to promote Gastronomic Tourism in close cooperation with companies, organisations and bodies engaged in this sector of the tourist industry, which must comply with the requirements for membership established by the Club itself.

By Gastronomic Tourism we understand tourist activities that lead visitors to discover an area through culinary experiences.

The Gastronomic Tourism Club is formed by:

• Culinary associations.
• Locally- or county-based accommodation and restaurant services.
• National organisations.
• Producers.
• Service companies linked to gastronomic tourism.
• Tourism agencies and associations.
