For facilitating the mobility of administration and service personnel of Catalan universities and of personnel in public administrations linked to research.
For supporting research groups in Catalonia, to promote human resources, improve research infrastructure, the funding of projects in certain areas, as well as other actions for the development and dissemination of research.
